What started as a couple session had more than holding hands and smooching in front of the camera. Rebecca had a little surprise for hubby to reveal to him during their portrait session. They are expecting!!! I could sense the excitement as she explained that she was due with a little one on mother's day 2013. This session was particularly interesting not only because sweet Rebecca is 5'1'' and her sweetie a dedicated Chicago Bears fan is 6'5'' but we did did our session just between the two sets of isolated thunderstorms we had in Fredericksburg that day. It had just finished raining when we began and the clouds were coming in as we were getting ready to wrap up the session. Luckily I brought with me my 580 EXII flash and was able to capture a gorgeous shot with the panoramic scene behind the Chatham Manor location. As the first dew drops began to fall we all ran to our cars and could all agree that was one absolutely fun session!
