Caspian and Glory's Valentine Date!

Watch the night unfold from getting ready to passing out on the couch. Caspian and Glory had a wonderful little Valentine's Date indeed. It was a triple date to be exact as Kev and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary and the Dehavens shared the night with us :) *Please excuse my camera skills, I was shooting with on camera flash and I did not discriminate with blurry pictures as thesis EVERYTHING that happened. lol
Came home to find this. Flowers, Chocolates and a teddy bear from my dear Husband for our 3 year anniversary.
Caspian and I came home from the daycare to daddy's gift for mommy. We then proceeded to get ready which included dressing up with this lovely suit and pink long-sleeve and a cute black corduroy blazer from Once Upon a Child in Fredericksburg.
Brushing our teeth!

Ready to Rock and Roll
Not having taken a nap at the daycare today Caspian fell fast asleep on our ride down to Central Park.
The wait for Olive Garden was initially one hour and a half so we decided to meet with the Dehaven's at the Target in Central Park.

In the parking lot they shared a chocolate together then we headed out to Olive Garden.

Before our ride down to Fredericksburg we stopped at the Anthomantic Flower Shop next to our house and got Gloria this beautiful single rose. Its a peach color which was the closest the had to yellow which represents "friendship".
A beautiful rose for a beautiful girl

Kev also made sure to bring chocolates as he knows all girls love chocolate!
He came bearing Gifts

She walked right past him
I'm sure customers enjoyed the show. Everyone said how cute they were as they exchanged gifts and looked gorgeous in their matching outfits. Notice Miss Gloria brought her LalaLoopsy doll which was also wearing a matching dress to Gloria's pastel pink with polkadots.
Surprise!!

Our wait was not yet over but we decided to wait inside as we the kids were cold and we had baby Donnie who is only 8 months.
We waited nestled in the confines of the gap between the two sets of exit doors. There was a customer who actually walked out and sarcastically said to us  "Isn't this a fire hazard to block an Exit?" To which I responded "PROBABLY!" People are rude! She had obviously already eaten and was nice and snug but the kids were cold so there. Anyway back to the date, they then continued to exchange gifts.
Chocolate Basketballs!
And I got a beautiful gift from my special little man too!
My date brought me a rose. <3 Baby Donnie!

 Waiting.. Waiting.. Waiting...
Lol Glory's face expressions are priceless!

His Mickey said "Be Mine", Glory got chocolates and flowers!

A little out of it and looking extremely tired but there I am with my hubby.
Me and my Hubbs.
Finally sat down nearing 8PM! The kids colored their menus :) Sweet memories.

Coloring together :D

So I decided that the other customers at Olive Garden probably did not appreciate my flash going off every two seconds so I turned up the ISO and shot a few.

Our Drinks are here! Chocolate Milk and Apple Juice

Kids, you have got to love them!

They are such good friends they even share soup!

Once Glory was off and gone, Caspian was very sad the date was over.
Ready to go Home

Caspian and Glory's Valentine Date was such a fun and exciting experience. I'm sure us parents were more into it than they were. They most likely did not know what was going on. Regardless I'm sure that these memories will be looked back upon and at least force a little chuckle from both of them.
Pooped after a fun date!
 HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!

Love,

Jenne XoXo
