The storm had threatened all our chances of getting out and trick or treating this year, Sandy passed right by us and luckily it hardly had an impact, we didn't lose power or had to cancel a beloved childhood holiday. That day we took down all the scotch tape from the windows we had "storm-proofed". We picked up and ate dinner ready to start on our little trick-or-treating adventure. A few friends stopped by, Superman aka baby Gabriel our next door neighbor, and a little skunk aka Lily to go trick or treating with us. We decided to go around our neighborhood and left our bucket outside filled with nerds and twix bars for our visitors. Equipped with head flashlights, cape and masks Caspian set forth as Batman, kevin played Bane from the latest Batman movie and they forced suggested I be cat woman :) We saw all our neighbors and got to see some really fun costumes, finished the night by ordering in and watching Hocus Pocus. Our first official Halloween celebrated together! :)
